On May 19, 2022, an online training program “Ouriginal” was conducted by the Library of University Geomedi for plagiarism prevention and to raise awareness. Teona Papiashvili, a representative of the TSU National Scientific Library Training Center, and a representative of the Georgian Libraries Integrated Information Network Consortium 2017 led the training. She discussed the functions of the similarity recognition program, how to check papers for plagiarism, and analyze obtained results.
The training was intended for students and academic staff. At the end of the meeting, a discussion was held.
