USG program: “The role of nosocomial infection in the development of sepsis and septic shock, the toxicity of antibiotics used in the treatment of sepsis”

On July 9-10 and 13-14, a short-term USG program was held at the Rustavi Central Hospital, organized by the University of Geomedi: “The role of nosocomial infection in the development of sepsis and septic shock, the toxicity of antibiotics used in the treatment of sepsis” ( N 0988). The author and teacher of the program: Vice-Rector, Doctor of Medicine, Assistant Professor, Anesthesiologist, Critical care doctor, Clinical Toxicologist Alexandre Loladze.

One of the main problems of modern medicine is sepsis and septic shock caused by nosocomial infection, and prevention of toxic effects caused by modern antibiotics is also important.

The program was defined in the following specialties: general surgery, anesthesiology, Critical care, internal medicine, orthopedics-traumatology, urology, obstetrics-gynecology, emergency medicine for certified doctors.

The trainees were awarded certificates and were awarded type I CME 12 points.
