Erasmus+ Funded Exchange Program for Students at the University of Granada, Spain

1. University Geomedi Ltd. announces a competition for participation in the Erasmus+ funded exchange program at its partner institution, University of Granada, Spain, for one (1) student position available to active bachelor’s students of the Faculty of Healthcare Economics and Management in their 3rd, 4th, 5th, or 6th semester.
The applicant must not have received an Erasmus+ grant during the last 12 months.

2. Program Duration: 1 semester (Spring semester of the 2025/2026 academic year).

3. Application Submission Period: Interested students must submit the complete set of application documents from October 16 to October 24, 2025, 17:00 to the following email address: giorgi.kutibashvili@geomedi.edu.ge

List of Required Application Documents:

  • Copy of ID card or passport
  • CV in Europass format (in English, maximum two pages)
  • International English language certificate confirming at least B2 level, or a B2 level confirmation issued by the University’s Examination Center
  • Motivation letter (in English, maximum one page)
  • Recommendation letter from the University’s academic staff or the Faculty Dean (in English)
  • Academic transcript in English (applicant’s current GPA must be at least 2.8)
  • Completed application form

4. Selection Process:

  • English language test (if necessary) – October 27, 2025, at 12:00
  • Document verification – October 28, 2025
  • Interview with the selection committee – October 29, 2025, at 12:00
  • Nomination of the selected candidate to the host university – October 30, 2025

After the application deadline, applicants will be evaluated and nominated in accordance with Article 5, Clause 5.3 of the Regulations on Participation of Students and Staff (Academic, Scientific, Administrative, Support) in International Exchange Programs.

5. Consultations Regarding the Exchange Program:
October 15–16, 2025, at 11:00.

7. Additional Information:

  • The scholarship includes a monthly allowance of 850 EUR (for 5 months) and 820 EUR for travel expenses.
  • The semester at the host university begins on February 16, 2026.
  • The selected candidate must complete administrative registration for the Spring semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.
