- LLC University Geomedi announces a call for applications for 1 (one) administrative staff position within the Erasmus+ funded exchange program at the University of Granada, Spain.
- Program Duration: 7 days (Spring Semester of the 2024–2025 academic year), including 5 working days and 2 travel days.
- Application Deadline: Interested candidates must submit the complete set of application documents to the university’s email address info@geomedi.edu.ge between May 5 and May 20, 2025, by 16:00.
Required Application Documents:
- A copy of the international passport
- Completed application form (statement of interest)
- CV in Europass format
- International certificate confirming English language proficiency at B2 level (e.g., IELTS, FCE, TOEFL) or a certificate issued by the university’s examination center confirming B2 level proficiency
- Certificate indicating the duration of the employment contract
- Selection Process:
- English language test (if necessary) – May 21, 2025, at 12:00
- Document review – May 22, 2025
- Interview with the selection committee – May 23, 2025, at 12:00
- Nomination of the selected candidate to the host university – May 30, 2025
Following the application deadline, the evaluation and nomination of candidates will be carried out in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 6.1 of the Regulations for Participation in International Exchange Programs for Students and Staff (academic, scientific, administrative, and support personnel).
