CARDIOSIM© cardiovascular software platform (CNR), which was developed by Claudio De Lazzari the professor of University Geoomedi, Abiomed Europe GmbH, Neuenhofer Weg (“Abiomed” Aachen), and Ma.CRO LifeScience srl, Department: Sapienza University of Rome Start-up, signed a Confidentiality Agreement. The Parties intend to enter into the following collaborative arrangement: Simulation of RP features for temporary treatment of Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) using CARDIOSIM© cardiovascular software platform.
