1. Teaching University Geomedi LLC is announcing a competition for an exchange program financed by the Erasmus + programme for the bachelor 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th semester students of the Faculty of Healthcare Economics and Management at Siedlce University. Only students with active status can participate in the competition. The available place is 1 (one).
The applicant should not have had benefited for Erasmus + internship/educational cycle; in the counting of the 12 months, the traineeships carries out in the Erasmus + KA103 programme are also take into account.
2. The Duration of Exchange program – 1 Semester (Spring Semester of the 2024/2025 academic year).
3. The deadline for application students who are willing to participate in the programme, should sent their applications from June 10th to June 20th before 16:00 to the following e-mail address: tornike.khoshtaria@geomedi.edu.ge
List of application documentation:
- Copy of ID card or passport
- CV in Europass format (in English, not more than two pages).
- International Certificate of English Language, B2 Level, or Document Issued by the University Examination Center proving the B2 level in English).
- Motivation letter (in English, not more than one page).
- Letter of Recommendation from the University Academic Staff or the Dean of the Faculty (in English).
- Transcript (in English) applicant’s GPA has to stand not lower than 2.8.
- Completed application form.
Selection process:
- English language examination (if needed) June 21th 2024 at 12:00.
- Checking the application documents (June 24th and 25th, 2024).
- Interview with the Competition Committee (June 26th at 12:00, 2024).
- Nomination of selected candidates at the host university (June 27th, 2024).
After the deadline for the applications, the evaluation and nomination of the candidates will follow the guidelines for students and personnel (academic, scientific, administrative, supportive) international exchange programmes, chapter 5, paragraph 5.3.
5. Consultations regarding the programme will be arranged on 3rd -4th June 2024 at 11:00.
6. Exchange program courses – please contact the Dean or head of the program to choose the courses at Siedlce University.
Additional information:
- Monthly stipend of 800 Euros (5 months) plus travel grant in the amount of 360 Euros.
- The fall semester at the host university commences on February 26th 2025.
- Approved candidate should complete administrative registration (cover tuition fees) for the fall semester 2024/2025 at the home university.
