On May 5, 2023, in the conference hall of „Geomedi“ University, was held a public lecture on “Organizational communication and human capital”. The lecture was led by the Dean of the Faculty of Healthcare Economics and Management, Professor – Dimitri Kobakhidze.
The topics of discussion were:
• The essence of communication and its main elements;
• Organizational formal and informal communications;
• Human capital;
• The importance of properly managed human capital and effective communications in planning corporate progress and achieving set goals.
An interesting debate was held at the end of the lecture.
