On October 20th, 2022 with the initiative of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation faculty, a public lecture was held at University Geomedi, on the topic “Nutritional problems in highly skilled athletes: analysis, planning and management”.
The lecture was conducted by the vice president of Georgian sports medicine associations, Nutritionist and professor Ketevan Beridze.
The lecture included theoretical and practical aspects of nutrition and hydration, related to healthy eating, and sports training. At the end of the lecture, a discussion was held around the discussed issue.
