With the support of the Professional Development and Residency Office, another public lecture was held at University Geomedi. The Lecture was conducted by Professor Maya Khubua, who is a member of the ETA (European Thyroid Association), EMAS (European Menopause and Andropause Society), and EASD (European Association for the Study of Diabetes) associations, and has vast clinical and teaching experience. He shared his experience with the audience and discussed the current issues associated with the 21st-century disease “obesity”. The lecture aroused great interest in the audience and a spirited discussion was held at the end of the lecture.
