On July 17, 2020, Student Theoretical and Practical online Conference on the topic: “Modern Issues in Medicine and Management” was held at Teaching University Geomedi. The conference was opened by the Rector of University Geomedi, Professor Marina Pirtskhalava. Students from all faculties participated in the conference. Following each presentation, a discussion was held. The Jury members evaluated the reports and determined the following winners:
The title of the “Best Presentation” was awarded to the report: “Quality Management Indicators in the Hospital Sector” – Nino Jibladze, Faculty of Healthcare Economics and Management, a second-year master’s student.
I place – Mariam Chulukhadze (Faculty of Healthcare Economics and Management);
II place – Akaki Kirchkheli (Faculty of Medicine)
III place – Fiza Noshadi (Faculty of Medicine).
Rector’s special Award – Nikoloz Modebadze (Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation)
Sympathy of the Jury – Victoria Ugrekhelidze (Faculty of Dentistry).
Participants were awarded certificates and the winners were awarded scholarships. All reports will be published in the university’s Conference Proceedings.
