On August 15, 2020, Teaching University Geomedi organized an online event dedicated to the 74th Independence Day of the Republic of India. The event was opened by the Rector of the University Geomedi, Professor Marina Pirtskhalava who welcomed honored guests and congratulated Indian people on this remarkable day. Other keynote speakers were: Mr. Kishan Dan Dewal-The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Armenia and Georgia; Mr. Archil Dzuliashvili-Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Republic of India; Mr. Ravindra Kishor Shinha, EX MP of Bihar India and Founder of SIS Group; Dr. Atul Krishna Bhatnagar, Founder at Swami Vivekananda Subharti University and other honored guests. During the event, the Indian students of University Geomedi made a fascinating presentation of Indian culture and traditions, a number of Indian dances and music were performed. At the end of the meeting, the invited guests thanked the Rector of University Geomedi, students and event organizers for this remarkable event. The event dedicated to the 74th Independence Day of India was held in a friendly setting.
