I. An open competition is announced for the position of the Director of the Scientific-Research Institute of Experimental and Clinical Medicine at the Teaching University Geomedi LLC, with the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
II. The position of Director of the Scientific-Research Institute of Experimental and Clinical Medicine at Teaching University Geomedi LLC can be held for a period of 5 (five) years by a person who has a degree in Medicine or Biology or an equivalent academic degree, no less than 6 years of experience in scientific research, and has Scientific publications in leading local and international journals and other publications for the last 10 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
III. Those wishing to participate in the competition are obliged to submit the following documents to the Scientific Council in compliance with the defined conditions and deadlines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A) application on behalf of the Scientific Council (according to the established form);<\/p>\n\n\n\n
B) a copy of the identity document (passport, ID card);<\/p>\n\n\n\n
C) a copy of the document (documents) certifying the relevant academic degree (a copy of a document issued in a foreign country for education and\/or recognition of a scientific degree, if any);<\/p>\n\n\n\n
D) a document issued in accordance with the legislation reflecting the experience of scientific-research activities (certificate\/copy of labor book, etc.);<\/p>\n\n\n\n
E) Autobiography CV;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
F) List of scientific publications published during the last 10 years;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
G) Information on scientific research activities and participation in grant competitions during the last 10 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
H) Action plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I) Certificate of English language proficiency (B2 level) and\/or the result of internal testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
IV. The Scientific Council verifies compliance with the requirements of the submitted documentation. In case of incomplete submission of the documentation, the application is not accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
V. An applicant, who fails to present an English language proficiency certificate (B2 level) must pass an English language test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
VI. The competition is announced on September 08, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
VII. The deadline for submission of documents is October 20, 2020, to November 19, 2020, every working day from 10 am to 5 pm;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
VIII. Testing in English will be conducted on November 20, 2020, 10.00 am -17.00 pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n
IX. Interview to be held on November 24, 2020 (10.00am -17.00pm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
X. The results of the competition will be announced on November 25, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
XI The deadline for appealing the results of the competition is set for November 26, 2020, at 5 pm; November 27-30, 2020 is designated for the work of the Appeals Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
XII The Candidate for the position of the Director of the Scientific-Research Institute will be elected by the Scientific Council in accordance with the points accumulated according to the evaluation criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Scientific article (during the last 10 years):<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A) 10 points for each article published in the Impact Factor Journal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
B) 5 points for each article published in peer-reviewed and indexed journals \/ international collections (including electronic journals \/ collections) in international electronic databases;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Participation in scientific-research projects (during the last 10 years) -5 points;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Involvement in local and international scientific grants – 5 points;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Participation in scientific conferences (during the last 10 years) – 5 points;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Action Plan Evaluation -15 points;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Interview – 10 points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
