Teaching University Geomedi LLC is announcing an open competition for the position of Dean of the Faculty of Medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">II. The competition will be held in two stages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stage 1 &#8211; submission of documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stage 2 &#8211; Interview on the development of the Faculty of Medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">III. The candidate must submit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Application to the Competition Commission (application can be submitted electronically to the e-mail of the Head of the Human Resources Management Service: tamar.soziashvili@geomedi.edu.ge, in accordance with the established form <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/doc\/gancxadeba dekanis poziciaze.doc\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/geomedi.edu.ge\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/icon word1.png\" alt=\"\u10d2\u10d0\u10dc\u10ea\u10ee\u10d0\u10d3\u10d4\u10d1\u10d0\" width=\"29\" height=\"28\"><\/a>);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Autobiography, CV;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Copy of ID card (passport, ID card);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Copies of documents certifying higher education and quality in the relevant field (medicine) (a copy of a document issued in a foreign country for education and\/or recognition of scientific quality, if any);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. List of scientific works;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Certificate of English language proficiency (B2 level) and\/or the result of internal testing;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Cover letter;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. The concept of how to develop the Faculty of Medicine (presented in a maximum of 180 words)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. Notification of non-conviction for a sexual offense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The candidate must have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Discipline<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Ability to work in a team<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Organizational skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IV. The candidate is evaluated by the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 work experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 The concept of development of the Faculty of Medicine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 motivation letter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Interview<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A member of the commission has the right to award 1 point to a candidate in each criterion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V. The competition commission verifies compliance with the requirements of the submitted documentation. In case of incomplete submission of the documentation, the application is not accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VI. An applicant,&nbsp; who fails to present a Certificate of Proficiency in English (B2 level) must pass an English language test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VII. The candidate will be selected according to the points accumulated according to the criteria. Maximum score 12. Passing score 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VIII. The competition will be announced on February 09, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IX. The deadline for submission of documents is February 18 to February 24, 2021, from 10 am to 6 pm every working day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">X. Testing in English will be conducted on February 25, 2021, at 15:00 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">XI. The interview will take place on February 26, 2021, at 14:00 hrs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">XII. The results of the competition will be announced on March 1, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">XIII. The deadline for appealing the results of the competition is March 2, 2021,17: 00 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">XIV.
